Flash with the combination file then  flash the (frp file) 

Step : 

Download and extract Samsung Odin to your computer. Download winrar or 7z software to extract the flash file.    Install samsung driver from the samsung website.

After doing this all 

Open the odin .                                                                           Now go to download mode in your device( by pressing volume -   home buttom  and  power buttom  at once).

Now bring the file in AP  (  Combination file_OLB_FA70_J701FXXU3ARA1   ) and  click on start.       Be patient  while flashing.. 

Device open in  Factory binary mode

Now turn off your device

and again

go to download mode in your device( by pressing volume -   home buttom  and  power buttom  at once).

Now bring the file in AP  (  Frp file    ) and  click on start.       Be patient  while flashing..

After complete process .
